Shipping & Returns

 Shipping Information:

 In-stock orders generally ship within 5-6 business days unless otherwise noted.  An order shipment notification will be delivered to the email address provided upon ordering.  Carrier info and tracking number(s) will be included in the order shipment notification.  

All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

 Returns:

We want you to feel completely comfortable when you order products from Marcel Home Decor.com If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) up to 14 days after the date of purchase. All items must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition within 5 business days.
Please allow us 5 business days to respond  and order status request.
Items must be packed securely in the original packaging unless otherwise noted. Please note that any item received damaged or in used condition will not be credited.
Please note that we will not accept COD deliveries. All Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the customer, this includes returns and exchanges.


Refund Process:
We will process your return promptly upon receipt in our warehouse; however transit time can add an 8 - 12 day delay when you ship your package to the refund processing. In addition, banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement. Your refunds will be credited back to the same credit card used to make your original purchase.

There is a 20% restocking fee for buyers remorse items.  Items returned to us by carrier for insufficient address, invalid address, inability to deliver, or any other reason will incur a 20% restocking fee.

  Refunds/Replacements: 

 Refunds for damaged items will be processed within 7 days also customer need to provide pictures of the damage item to get a refund please email pictures of the damage item to celindahomedecor@gmail.com

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled at anytime before shipment after an item has been shipped customer will need to paid for all the shipping back to our warehouse.  Most orders ship quickly, please let us know if you need to cancel or amend your order as soon as possible.
